Kruger National Park is one of the top destinations in Africa as this Reserve has been protected for almost a century and is one of the most ancient ones in the entire continent.
Every day, every hour, every minute, every second anything can happen behind the bush, in the water, in the middle of the way… You never know, but no doubt every moment will be unique.
Impressive mammals, big and colorful birds, tiny insects, slippery reptiles and dense and leafy vegetation all around.
Give attention to the Crocodile and Sabie Rivers as they are not only giants and beautiful, they also receive many visits along the day from different thirsty animals.
We will explore the southern area of the park, having time for stretching our legs and for lunch in a buffet restaurant, so don’t worry if you get hungry at some point because you will fairly compensate it, and if you get hungry is because stunning things are coming to meet us during our game drive. 😀
We will sleep in Marloth Park, a Kruger’s annex where wildlife continues around. Open your eyes, take your torch and explore the surroundings. Tip: take bananas with you and leave them in the trees as bush babies will come to get them. 😀
We will enjoy a braai dinner in the middle of wild hearing hippos marking their territory, lions roaring, hyenas laughing… And every step around may be a giraffe, a zebra, a kudu… Who knows?!
The second day we will take a packed breakfast as we want to arrive to the main gate as soon as it gets open, and continue looking for the BIG 5. Which one are you missing? Check the blackboards in the rest camp areas as you will see what other “gamers” saw the previous day and even that day, so let’s track together wildlife.
Anytime you need to stop for pictures or contemplating nature, let us know, as your experience is the most important to us.
