Whale Sharks!!! This part of Mozambique is also renowned for their resident whale sharks all year round, swimming with them is a one lifetime experience, either in scuba or snorkeling.
There are also a few off shore dives that will blow your mind, with resident species like leopard shark, big schools of predators and so on.

What to bring
There are not many places in the world like Tofo where you can see most of the biggest marine animals like Humpback whales, Mantas, Sea Turtles, Dolphins and Sharks where the highest sightings of the Whale Sharks are recorded worldwide and are now a protected species in Mozambique.
Tofo is to this day a world famous dive destination site, with diving sites from 20 to 24 meters and some deep diving spots from 30 to 35 meters.
